Internal threading error encountered in &2 API, return code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was encountered in &2 API with return code &1. Return codes and their meanings are: 1 -- Allow suspend must be set to 'N' when thread safety has been specified via the XDA interface. 2 -- SQLDA caching must be turned off when thread safety has been specified via the XDA interface.
Recovery . . . : Either make the following corrections based on the return code and try using the XDA interfaces again: 1 -- Change the allow suspend flag to 'N' 2 -- Turn SQLDA caching off or turn thread safety off in XDA and only call the XDA APIs from the initial thread of the job.
