Length value for &1 API not valid. Reason &6.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value &2 at offset &3 of user space &4 in library &5 is not valid. The following defines the reason for the error.
01 -- The value is null, '0', or negative.
02 -- The length value is insufficient.
03 -- The length exceeds the bounds of the structure.
04 -- The length exceeds the bounds of the user space.
05 -- The length exceeds the allowable maximum.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the length value is valid and defines a unique area within the user space. Correct the problem and try the request again.
