Error attempting to create &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred attempting to create the directory or character special file &3. The reason code was &1 and errno was &2. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows: 1 - Error found when renaming an existing device. 2 - Error found when checking status of an existing device. 3 - Error found when converting the name of the device. 4 - Error found when creating the device or directory for the device. 5 - Error found when changing the mode of the device. 6 - Error found when changing ownership of the device or directory for the device. Errno is a value that indicates the type of the failure.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors and then try the request again.
