Encryption/Authentication level &1 cannot be supported.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Management Central function cannot support the requested authentication level. The system has not been properly configured to communicate through Management Central function using the requested authentication level.
Recovery . . . : In order to support encryption/authentication levels greater than 0, a digital certificate must be created and configured to be used by Management Central. The digital certificate must be signed by a trusted certificate authority. Additional information and help is available through the Operations Navigator online help.
