Cause . . . . . : Reason code: 1 - Unexpected exception occurred. See previous messages. 2 - Data is inconsistent. 3 - Profile credential could not be retrieved for profile. 4 - Profile credential could not be authenticated for profile. 5 - Profile credential is not from specified profile. 6 - Substitution data could not be retrieved for profile. 7 - Kerberos ticket from remote system could not be authenticated. 8 - Could not retrieve Kerberos service ticket. 9 - Kerberos principal is not in trusted group. 10 - Could not find the EIM association for the user being authenticated.
Recovery . . . : Recovery: 1 - Verify the configuration is correct. This error may indicate a security violation. Try the request again, if the problem persists contact service. 2 - Verify the profile, protocol and configuration are correct. Ensure the password is the same on all systems.
