Recovery . . . : Specify a valid public access value and then try the request again. Valid public access values and their meanings include the following: 0 - No public access. Only the owner can view, change, or delete the system group. 1 - Read public access. Other users can view the system group, but only the owner can change or delete it. 2 - Modify public access. All users have authority to view, change, and delete the system group.
