Management Central server could not bind to port &2.

Cause . . . . . : Management Central server could not connect with remote method invocation(RMI) registry on port &2 as &3.
Recovery . . . : Use the NETSTAT command to verify that the port is not already in use. See previous messages for additional information. If the problem persists, contact service.
