PASE for i CCSID (&1) and job default CCSID (&2) are incompatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The coded character set identifier (CCSID) specified for PASE for i is incompatible with the job default CCSID.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different PASE for i CCSID or change the job default CCSID (CHGJOB command) and then try the request again. For API program QP2TERM, QP2SHELL, or QP2SHELL2 you can set ILE environment variables PASE_LANG and QIBM_PASE_CCSID to specify the locale and CCSID used for PASE for i processing. Both environment variables must be set or the system will use defaults based on job attributes.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The PASE for i CCSID must identify a single-byte (ASCII) character set that IBM i supports for conversion to and from the job default (EBCDIC) CCSID, or CCSID value 1208 for Universal Character Set Tranformation Format (UTF-8).
