Cluster node &1 in cluster &2 not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This occurs due to one of the following:
- Cluster node &1 in cluster &2 is not active. The cluster node must be active in order to to perform this function.
- Cluster resource group job is not active on node &1.
Recovery . . . : If the cluster node is not active, start the cluster node or specify a cluster node that is active. If the cluster name is incorrect, specify the correct cluster name. If the cluster resource group job is not active, determine why the job ended, correct the error, and restart the cluster resource group job on cluster node &1.
