A switch over can not be done for cluster resource group &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Cluster resource group &1 either does not have a backup node defined or the first backup node in the current recovery domain is not active. When a cluster resource group is switched over, the first backup node must become the new primary node.
Recovery . . . : If the cluster resource group does not have a backup node defined, add a backup node to the cluster resource group and try the request again. If the first backup node is defined but not active, make the node active and try the request again.
