Attributes of user queue &1 in library &2 are not valid.

Cause . . . . . : The user queue &1 in library &2 does not have the required attributes or the user queue is not accessible to determine the attributes. It may be the wrong type of user queue. See the APIs topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for the type of user queue required for the specific API you are using.
Recovery . . . : Delete the user queue and create it again with the correct attributes, or specify the name of a user queue that has the correct attributes.
