Cause . . . . . : The specified value &1 is not allowed for the library name parameter. The reason code is &2. Possible reason codes are:
1 -- Special values *CURLIB and *LIBL are not allowed for this request. The library QTEMP is not allowed for this request.
2 -- Special values *CURLIB, *USRLIBL, *LIBL, *ALL, and *ALLUSR are not allowed for this request. The library QTEMP is not allowed for this request.
Recovery . . . : Correct the library name parameter and try the request again.
