All nodes in cluster &1 failed while node &2 was attempting to join.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Node &2 was attempting to join cluster &1. Before it could be completed, all other nodes in the cluster either failed or could not be communicated with. No cluster remained to join with.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem with the other cluster nodes. Start the nodes if they have failed or correct the communication problem if one has occurred. Stop Cluster Resource Services on node &2 and start it again from the cluster.
