Node &1 in cluster resource group &2 not current owner of specified devices.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Node &1 is the primary node or site primary node of the cluster resource group. The cluster resource group cannot be created or configuration objects added to an existing cluster resource group if the primary node or site primary node is not the owner of the hardware. The I/O processor or high-speed link I/O bridge hardware resource owned by another cluster node is associated with hardware resource &3.
Recovery . . . : Either move ownership of the hardware resource to node &1 or make the node which does own the hardware resource the primary node or site primary node of cluster resource group &2 and submit the request again.
