Configuration object &1 not compatible with current cluster version.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Configuration object &1 in cluster resource group &2 is not compatible with the current cluster version. Other nodes in the cluster are at an operating system software level or cluster version that do not support this configuration object type.
Recovery . . . : The current cluster version must be changed to a higher version or cluster resource group &2 must be deleted.
