Value &1 specified for failover default action is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value &1 specified for failover default action is not valid. The reason code is &2. Possible reason codes are:
1 -- The failover default action must be 0 if the message queue is not specified or is *NONE.
2 -- The failover default action must be either -1 or 0 if the message queue is *SAME and there was previously no message queue specified.
3 -- The value specified is not a valid value for failover default action.
Recovery . . . : Correct either the failover default action parameter or the message queue parameter and try the request again. See the APIs: Cluster APIs information in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for the meaning of the parameter values.
