Cause . . . . . : An attempt made by user profile &1 to access an entry in clustered hash table &2 failed for &3 API. The key is &4. The clustered hash table entry being accessed was originally stored with restricted access. The user profile &1 does not have the correct authority to access the entry.
Recovery . . . : See the APIs: Cluster APIs information in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for details on the authority required to access an entry that was stored with restricted access. Correct the error and try the request again.
