Spooled file &1 cannot be processed due to error in page definition value &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A non-blank value was specified for the page definition library in format CNVI0100. The page definition library must be set to blanks when *SPLF or *INLINE are specified for the form definition value.
Recovery . . . : Correct the value. Then, try the request again.
