Cannot access IBM Director Server.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Network Server Description (NWSD) &4 cannot access IBM Director Server because of reason code &1. The associated network server configuration (NWSCFG) is &3.
Reason code:
01 -- IBM Director Server is not installed. The operation requires this option to be installed.
02 -- The *DIRECTOR TCP/IP server is not active
03 -- TCP is not active
04 -- Could not obtain socket resources to connect to IBM Director Server.
05 -- IBM Director Server not responding.
06 -- Another program is using the port reserved for IBM Director Server.
07 -- IBM Director Server failed to start in the allotted time.
08 -- Timed out waiting for IBM Director Server operation.
09 -- Information required to connect to IBM Director Server was not found.
Recovery . . . :
Reason code:
01 -- Install IBM Director Server and retry the request again.
02 -- Use the Start TCP/IP Servers command (STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRECTOR)) to start the *DIRECTOR TCP server.
03 -- Use the Start TCP command (STRTCP) to start TCP.
04 -- Retry the request again. If you are still unable to connect to IBM Director Server, end and restart the *DIRECTOR TCP/IP server by specifying ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRECTOR) and STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRECTOR). Repeat the request.
05 -- IBM Director Server is not responding. End and restart the *DIRECTOR TCP/IP server by specifying ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRECTOR) and STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DIRECTOR). Repeat the request.
06 -- Determine which program is using the port reserved for IBM Director Server and end it; or assign a different port. See the "Troubleshooting" topic in the "System i integration with BladeCenter and System x" category of the i5/OS information center.
07 -- Retry the request again. If the request is a vary on operation, try setting the activation timer (ACTTMR) in network server description &4 to a longer value before the next vary on operation. If the request fails again see the "Troubleshooting" topic in the "System i integration with BladeCenter and System x" category of the i5/OS information center.
08 -- Retry the request again.
09 -- See the "Troubleshooting" topic in the "System i integration with BladeCenter and System x" category of the i5/OS information center.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The extended status for the error is &2. This extended status value may assist service personnel in determining the cause of the problem.
