The principal from credential cache file &1 can not be retrieved.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The principal can not be retrieved from the credentials cache file, this could happen because the user does not has the correct authority. The Kerberos message: &3 with Kerberos error: &2 happened.
Recovery . . . : Check that the user has *X authority to each directory in its home directory and *R authority to the file where the cache file name is stored and try the request again or contact IBM support with the Kerberos information.
