IPX circuit &1 not started. Reason code &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : IPX circuit &1 was not started because of reason code &2.
Reason codes and their meanings follow:
-- 0001 - The Start IPX Circuit (STRIPXCCT) CL command processing program was unable to communicate with the QIPX job.
-- 0002 - The automatic configuration of the controller and *IPX type network device failed.
-- 0003 - A timeout occurred while attempting to get a lock on the *IPX type network device.
-- 0004 - An error occurred while attempting to get a lock on the *IPX type network device.
-- 0005 - IPX is not responding.
Recovery . . . : Based on the reason code, do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- 0001 - Issue the End IPX (ENDIPX) CL command followed by the Start IPX (STRIPX) CL command.
-- 0002 - See the previous message for an explanation of the error associated with automatic configuration of the controller and *IPX type network device.
-- 0003 - Do one of the following:
-- Wait for the system activity to decrease.
-- Increase the default wait time for this job or for the QIPX job using the Change Job (CHGJOB) CL command.
-- 0004 - Do the following in this order:
-- Delete the device using the Delete Device Description (DLTDEVD) CL command.
-- Create the device using the Create Device Description (Network) (CRTDEVNET) CL command, or let IPX support automatically create the device description.
-- 0005 - Do the following in this order:
-- Issue the End IPX (ENDIPX) CL command.
-- Issue the Start IPX (STRIPX) CL command.

If the circuit still fails to start, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The return code and associated data from IPX is &7/&8. The configure network return code is &9.
