Interface &6 has an associated route.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A route is associated with this interface. The route has a route destination (RTEDEST parameter) of &1, a subnet mask (SUBNETMASK parameter) of &2, and a next hop (NEXTHOP parameter) of &4. An IP over IPX interface cannot be changed or removed when the interface has an associated route.
Recovery . . . : Use the Remove IP over IPX Route (RMVIPIRTE) CL command to remove the specified route, and then try the request again.
