SVCNETADR value &1 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Switched Virtual Circuit Network Address (SVCNETADR) parameter value &1 for IPX circuit &3 cannot be more than 15 digits if the extended network addressing (EXNNETADR) parameter value for line description &2 is *NO. Up to 17 digits can be specified if extended network addressing is *YES.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- Use the Change IPX Circuit (CHGIPXCCT) CL command to change the SVCNETADR parameter to a value of no more than 15 digits.
-- Use the CHGLINxxx (where xxx is equal to the type of line being changed) CL command to change the network address for line description &2 to a value of no more than 15 digits.
-- Use the CHGLINxxx (where xxx is equal to the type of line being changed) CL command to change the extended network addressing to *YES.
-- Use the Add IPX Circuit (ADDIPXCCT) CL command and set the SVCNETADR parameter to a value of no more than 15 digits.
