SVC not valid for IPX circuit &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : IPX circuit &2 was specified as an SVC circuit. The SVC specified on line description &1 does not allow outgoing calls. This type of SVC is not valid for IPX circuits.
Recovery . . . : Use the Change Line Description X.25 (CHGLINX25) CL command for line description &1 to change the Logical Channel Entry (LGLCHLE) to either *SVCOUT or *SVCBOTH to support outgoing calls, and then try the request again.
