When SVCTYPE is *DEMAND, the IDLVCTTIMO value cannot be 0.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A X.25 SVC idle circuit timeout (IDLVCTTIMO) value of 0 cannot be specified for an on demand call type X.25 SVC circuit. An on demand call type X.25 SVC circuit has a X.25 SVC call type (SVCTYPE) value of *DEMAND.
Recovery . . . : Change the IDLVCTTIMO parameter to a value other than 0.
