Remote system not responding on IPX circuit &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local system attempted to establish contact with the remote system using IPX circuit &1. However, the local system received no response within the required time limit.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the remote system is ready to communicate with the local system on circuit &1. If the remote system is ready to communicate, consider using the Change IPX Circuit (CHGIPXCCT) CL command to increase the IW2 timer request retries (IW2TMRRTY) and IW2 timer request interval (IW2TMRITV) parameters for IPX circuit &1. After ensuring that the remote system is ready to communicate, attempt to start the circuit again. To start a circuit use the Start IPX Circuit (STRIPXCCT) CL command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local system attempted to establish an IPX Wide Area Network (WAN) version 2 (IW2) connection with the remote system. However, no response was received within the required time limit.
The return code and associated data from IPX support is &2/&3.
