Unable to establish communications with remote system using IPX circuit &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local system attempted to negotiate communication capabilities with the remote system using circuit &1. However, the communication capabilities between the two systems are not compatible, and the circuit was ended.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the remote system can support one or more of the following communication capabilities:
-- Routing Information Protocol (RIP) with network number assignment by the remote system.
-- Unnumbered RIP.
-- On-demand static routing.
-- NetWare Link Services Protocol (NLSP).

After verifying the communication capabilities supported by the remote system, circuit &1 can be restarted. To start a circuit use the Start IPX Circuit (STRIPXCCT) CL command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local system attempted to establish an IPX Wide Area Network (WAN) version 2 (IW2) connection with the remote system. However, no common communication capabilities could be negotiated. The local system currently supports only RIP with the remote system assigning the network number, unnumbered RIP, on-demand static routing and NLSP.
The return code and associated data from IPX support is &2/&3.
