Cannot start IPX circuit &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while attempting to start IPX circuit &1 on an X.25 line.
Recovery . . . : A probable configuration error occurred on IPX circuit &1. Parameter PVCLGLCHLI specifies an X.25 PVC logical channel id that may already be in use. Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Use the Display Line Description (DSPLIND) CL command to display the Logical channel entries (parameter LGLCHLE) for line description &2. If the Logical Channel Identifier specified for line description &2 has an Attached PVC controller, then use the Change IPX Circuits (CHGIPXCCT) CL command to specify another PVC logical channel id for parameter PVCLGLCHLI, or delete the attached PVC controller for line description &2.
-- Check the QSYSOPR message queue for messages that refer to line description &2 or use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) CL command to ensure that the line is operational. After correcting any problems associated with line description &2, check the state of circuit &1 to determine if you need to end and restart it. To end a circuit use the End IPX Circuit (ENDIPXCCT) CL command. To start a circuit use the Start IPX Circuit (STRIPXCCT) CL command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The return code and associated data from IPX is &3/&4.
