Error exit program &4 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. The error exit program &4 was not found in the user library list. The error exit program and severity are not changed.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the value for the error exit program is 10 characters long. Blanks may be included. Either add the library containing program &4 to the library list or specify a program from a library that is the library list. Then try the request again.
