Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. Angles are represented by paired coordinate values (dx,dy). The angle is defined by the line from the origin through the specified point. The angle is not defined if dx and dy are both zero, or if either is greater than 1.0E +018, or if both have absolute values less than 1.0E -018.
Recovery . . . : Correct the coordinate values and then try the request again.
