Window upper boundary is less than lower boundary.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. An attempt was made to specify a window with a lower boundary greater than the upper boundary, or boundaries that define a window height that is less than 1.0E -018.
Recovery . . . : Correct the values for the window boundary parameter and then try the request again.
