Image data length not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. The number given for the length is not valid with the specified width and depth. The length is the number of bytes of image data. To calculate the length, do the following:
1) Adjust the width to the nearest higher number that is a multiple of 8.
2) Multiply by the depth.
3) Divide by 8.
Recovery . . . : Specify the correct value for the length parameter and then try the request again.
