Unable to initialize device &4 again.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. An error occurred during close or open of the IBM-supplied graphics display file QDGDDM. See previously listed message &5 in the low level messages on the job log for more information.
Recovery . . . : If graphics is still active, a DSCLS call must be issued, and then try the request again.
