Cannot open file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. A previously suspended file could not be opened again by the system.
Recovery . . . : If graphics is still active, the device must be closed and started again (DSCLS and DSOPEN calls or DSRNIT call). See message &4 in the job log for more information.
