Cannot contact plotter attached to device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. The plotter at address &5 cannot be contacted. The plotter may be disconnected or turned off, or the address may not match the address specified for device &4 on the AUXDEV parameter on the Create Device Description (CRTDEVDSP) command. If it is connected and turned on, and the address is correct, there may be a hardware problem with device &4 or the plotter itself.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the plotter is properly connected and turned on, and the address set on the plotter matches the configured address. If graphics is still initialized, the device must be closed and then started again (DSCLS and DSOPEN calls or DSRNIT call).
