Component parameter not valid in function &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. The number of components specified in the component parameter must be zero or a positive number. The number of values in each component specified in the count parameter must be at least one. The &1 call is ignored.
Recovery . . . : Correct the parameter values in the &1 call, and then try the request again.
