Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. A call was made to CHNOTE to annotate a data line, but the associated axis had not yet been defined.
Recovery . . . : Insert a call to a plotting routine before the call to CHNOTE in order to define the axis. Then try the request again.
