Cause . . . . . : An error occurred in function &1 called from application &2 at statement &3. The position code in a CHNOTE call specifies that the note is to be positioned in axis units. One or both of the axes needed for this was not created. The CHNOTE call is ignored, and the note is not drawn.
Recovery . . . : If a plotting call failed and created no graphics, the axis for the plot is not determined. Correct the cause of the plot failure. If there was a previous successful plotting call, you may have selected an axis that was not selected at the time of that plotting call. Check that no CHXSEL or CHYSEL call was made since the last successful plotting call.
