Request to change storage pool allocation failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attempt to change the size of the storage pools failed because the machine requirements are changing at a rate the system cannot keep up with.
Recovery . . . : The request to change storage pool sizes has been tried &2 times. The system will retry the change &3 times. After &3 attempts fail to change the storage pool allocation, the system will stop trying. This may cause loss of usable main storage (which can be recovered by starting the system). To determine the status of storage pool allocation, use the Work with System Status (WRKSYSSTS) and the Work with Subsystems (WRKSBS) commands.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The joblog for the QPFRADJ system job has the following information for each failed attempt:
Main storage size: &8 Megabytes
Machine pool size: &7 Megabytes
Machine pool minimum: &9 Megabytes
Base pool size: &10 Megabytes
