Cause . . . . . : The library QGPL was not found or required objects were missing from library QGPL. The backup subsystem description QSYSSBSD in the QSYS library will be used.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If you have not used the Work with Licensed Programs (LICPGM) display, type GO LICPGM and press the Enter key to show the Work with Licensed Programs display. Then select the option to restore the QGPL library.
-- If you have used the Work with Licensed Programs display, refer to the Recovering your system book, SC41-5304, for information about how to install the IBM-supplied objects in the QGPL library again.
