Network attributes may or may not have changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Change Network Attributes command (CHGNETA) did not receive confirmation that the values were changed within the time limit specified for this job.
Recovery . . . : Display the network attributes (DSPNETA command) to determine if the values have changed. If they have not, either try the command again or change the default wait time (DFTWAIT) for your job using the Change Job command (CHGJOB) and then try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The wait time out error occurs if there is no response from the QSYSARB job when the Change Network attributes command is issued or if internal processing caused by the QSYSARB job attempting to change the network attributes exceeds the wait time for the command issuer's job.
