Some network attributes reset during IPL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Because of abnormal system ending, errors have occurred in the device or network configuration. To continue the IPL, the following network attributes have been reset to their shipped values: local network ID (LCLNETID), local control point name (LCLCPNAME) and default local location name (LCLLOCNAME).
Recovery . . . : To display the current values for all the network attributes, use the Display Network Attribute (DSPNETA) command. To change the network attributes, use the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) command.
