Collection Services server job (QYPSPFRCOL) cannot end.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system-level collection is not running. However, the server job is collecting data for a client application. Possible client applications include IBM System i Navigator monitors and the Performance Collector APIs.
Recovery . . . : To force the server job to end, specify ENDPFRCOL FRCCOLEND(*YES).
