Configuration description can not be added.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A configuration description can not be added for : a resource on this panel with a Configuration Description other than *NONE, a resource with a status of 'Not detected', a device under controller description QCTL, a virtual network server host adapter (NWSH) device.
Recovery . . . : Do not attempt to add a configuration description for a device already configured under this controller description. Do not attempt to add a configuration description from this panel for a controller that is already configured. (Multiple controller descriptions can be added from the panel which leads to this one.) Do not attempt to add a configuration description for a device with a status of 'Not detected'. Do not attempt to add a configuration description for a device under controller description QCTL. Do not attempt to add a configuration description from this panel for a virtual NWSH. Alternatively you can use the CRTDEVVNWSH RSRCNAME(*VRT) command.
