Configuration description cannot be added.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A configuration description cannot be added for one of the following reasons:
-- A device description cannot be added when the controller for the device has a configuration of *NONE.
-- A controller description cannot be added from this display.
Recovery . . . : Return to the previous display and add a configuration description for the controller resource (option 7). If device descriptions are to be created, refresh the display (F5=Refresh), work with the controller resource (option 9), and add device descriptions (option 7) on the next display.
