Cause . . . . . : The communications input/output (I/O) adapter at this direct select address has a different serial number than on previous IPLs and the communications I/O adapter previously at this direct select address was not found. The communications I/O adapter has type &1, model &2, and serial number &3. The direct select address is &4 and the resource name is &6. The previous communications I/O adapter had serial number &9 and unit address &5.
Recovery . . . : Run WRKHDWPRD to cause the hardware configuration to be updated.
