Coupled adapter &6 not operating.

Cause . . . . . : The system has detected a coupled adapter that is not operating. The adapter with type &1, model &2 is not operating. &6 is the resource name The part number is &10.
Recovery . . . : Print this screen, or copy on paper the Part number, the Serial number, the Message ID for this message, the system Machine type of &13, the system serial number of &14, and the resource name &12. Then use the ANZPRB command to report this problem, using the system machine type and system serial number that you printed or copied from this message.
