User library list limited to 25 libraries.

Cause . . . . . : The number of libraries in the user part of the library list is limited to 25 when all of the following conditions are met: a data area named QLMTUSRLIB is found using the library list during job initiation, the data area is of TYPE(*CHAR), and the first character of the data area has a value of '1'. The library list is searched after the system library list entry for the subsystem has been added but before the initial program for the user has been run.
Data area QLMTUSRLIB was found in library &1. A value of *N is used for the library name when all library list information is copied from another job by some system functions such as the Transfer to Group Job (TFRGRPJOB) command.
