Job not submitted for job schedule entry &3 number &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job schedule entry &3 number &4 could not be submitted at the scheduled time because the system was either powered down or in restricted state. The job was not submitted when the system became available because the recovery action (RCYACN parameter) for the entry specified that the job should not be submitted (*NOSBM).
Recovery . . . : The next scheduled submission date for this entry has been calculated by the system, and no recovery is necessary to cause the job to be submitted in the future. To submit the job manually, use the Work with Job Schedule Entries (WRKJOBSCDE) command to display the job schedule entries and then select option 10 (Submit immediately) for entry &3 number &4.
