&1 system capacity resources have not been reclaimed by the system; resource type &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system was unable to reclaim system capacity resources when a temporary trial request ended. The resource types are as follows: 1 - Processors. 2 - Memory units.
Recovery . . . : When a system capacity request expires or is cancelled, the requested resources must be returned to an unused or standby state. Remove the resources from logical partitions (LPAR) using the Hardware Management Console (HMC) if your system is managed by an HMC. If your system is not managed by an HMC the System i Navigator or the System Capacity service function may be used. The system will periodically attempt to reclaim the resources.
